Resale Packages

You will need to order two resale packages for the sale of your condo at Mariner's Quay.

One resale package for Mariner's Quay Condominium Owners Association (COA) and another resale package for River Walk Homeowners Association (HOA).

Follow the steps below to order your resale packages.

1. Resale Package Order for Mariner's Quay COA

Step 1. Log into Associa's Community Archives website. Click Here for access.

Step 2. Log in using your TownSq account or create an account

Step 3. Search for "Mariner's Quay" And Yes, it's two words!

Step 4. Select "Resale Disclosure Package"

2. Resale Package Order for River Walk HOA

Meetings are held in the Riverwalk Clubhouse. All owners and/or renters are invited to attend, participate and speak. The first 15 minutes are set aside as an open forum.
